Since 2014, Jake and Alex Roach have been remodeling homes. They’ve spent the majority of those first years doing most of the work on our own, while establishing their business. Tearing out carpet, dry-walling and painting became their new normal. Between Jake’s expertise in the construction field and Alex’s eye for finding the diamond in the rough, they’ve been able to create the most amazing spaces for many clients!

Jake has earned the NARI Certified Remodeler designation and diligently meets the needs of every client with unique solutions and reliable professionalism!
Alex Roach

LEADER DESIGNER
Alex prides herself in ensuring clients dreams become a reality, transforming the space to portray each client's style and uniqueness. She works from the start by drawing plans, working with clients to pick out each and every material as well as forming great working relationships with our clients. Her communication, teamwork, skill and ability make her the perfect partner for your project!
Addie Catloth

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Addie develops and implements marketing and advertising tactics for Martanne Construction. She manages and creates useful content for our social media platforms, oversees website development, handles scheduling needs and provides any necessary graphics work.
Brittany Swearegin

OFFICE MANAGER
Brittany provides invaluable support to Alex and Jake, helping to streamline their day-to-day tasks. Whether assisting with office needs or coordinating schedules, she plays a key role in keeping things organized and on track.

As an invaluable member of Martanne Construction, Greg tracks clients projects, works closely with our vendors and handles all of the day to day logistics. He uses his organization skills to ensure smooth operations in a non-stop business environment.

Meet Joe, an essential part of our team whose experience and attention to structure are invaluable. Outside of work, Joe loves spending his time camping and boating, bringing the same passion for the outdoors to his role in ensuring every project is built to last.
Wesley Lockett

LEAD FOREMAN
Meet Wesley, one of our dedicated crew members. When he's not working on your project, you’ll find him out hunting and fishing or diving into hobby projects. Wesley also enjoys keeping fish, bringing the same care and attention to his hobbies as he does to his work at Martanne Construction. Wesley is a NARI Certified Lead Carpenter (CLC).
NARI Certified Lead Carpenters (CLC) are recognized as expert hands-on field professionals who oversee every on-site aspect of the project, such as personnel management, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety, administration, customer satisfaction, etc. while also working on the site.
Joey Roach

LEAD CARPENTER
Meet Joey, a valued high energy and motor for our crew. When he's not on the job, Joey stays active playing recreational sports and cheering on his favorite teams. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family and unwinding on the weekends.
Scott Day

Meet Scott, our trim carpentry specialist. Outside of work, Scott enjoys diving into hobby projects and spending quality time with his family. His attention to detail and dedication to his craft make him a key member of our team at Martanne Construction.

Meet Brandon, a recent addition to our team who relocated to Kansas City this year. When he’s not bringing his years of experience to our projects, Brandon enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending quality time with his family. We're thrilled to have him as a valued member of our team.
