A Family Basement Finish
This was an exciting project because the client was not afraid of color! To start off this basement renovation project, Martanne Construction installed luxury vinyl plank flooring. Martanne built custom archways, including a custom archway leading into the movie room. The movie room features a unique tv console to store multiple gaming consoles. As a fun challenge, Martanne curated two custom leather booth seats for a cozy eating or board game nook. Martanne applied new paint and Virginia tile in bathroom as well as adding a marble vanity in the bathroom. This renovation definitely added much value to the client’s home!
