Fairway Attic Conversion
The client wanted to take the unused space in their attic and create a comfortable and fun living space for the kid’s to read, play and enjoy. Martanne Construction took the unused space and added a dormer to make a path to the extended space. Martanne added new handrails, new hardwood floors, and new wood stairs. White cabinets and a closet were created for additional closet space. A custom bookcase and reading nook was built for the kids. A heating and cooling system was installed for this area alone, separate from the rest of the house.
The pitch of the roof did not limit this project! We only got more creative!
