Kitchen Remodel
Because of limited space for this remodel, Martanne Construction took out part of the load-bearing wall in the kitchen to expand the space. Martanne found a way to not have a beam in the kitchen, impeding the space. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, natural tones, quartz countertops, a custom pantry with a spice rack pullout, a custom wood hood vent as well as drawer pullouts next to the stove so that everything can be tucked away. The mudbench under the kitchen window has a top that lifts up for additional storage. We truly wanted to utilize every inch of the kitchen. Our design challenge was to not move the kitchen sink in front of the window as to not change the view of the front of their house.
