Basement Remodel
With this basement renovation, Martanne Construction added 1500 sq. ft. to the living space. Martanne added a full working kitchen for entertaining in the basement. The kitchen features floating shelves, a farmhouse sink, beverage fridge, a 6’x11’ island on a jumbo quartz slab, with the post integrated into the countertop - the countertop wraps post on all sides for a seamless look.
The living room space and bathroom were also renovated.
