Shawnee Basement Renovation
Martanne Construction completed a full basement redesign that includes a custom wet bar, kid’s play area, living space and newly redone bathroom. The newly constructed basement wet bar features a brick backsplash, custom cabinets on countertops and custom floating shelves, among other great features.
The kid’s play area under the stairs includes a Dutch door so that the area can both be closed off or the top piece can be open so that they can see the children playing.
In the end, this renovation gave the basement another 1,500 square feet of useable space.
